Website Exchange & Return Policy

 

Thanks for choosing ELECTRO to purchase your favorite products, we are glad to serve you. Sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase, no worries! ELECTRO will do the best to simplify and smooth Return & Exchange process in the best possible way.

We have facilitated the process for you having below guidance:

1 - Return & Exchange Policy Period and Effective Date:

     - Return or exchange will be within 7 days from date of purchase.

2 - Return & Exchange Policy :

     - Policy will be applied for products in their original sealed pack.

     - For open box defects, all products accessories should be included as purchased & provided with original product’s pack.

     - Products with open box that have a manufacturer defect can be exchanged with the same product, customer should provide a technical report to ELECTRO from certified & authorized service center available in KSA.

     - For Return and exchange, customer should deliver products to ELECTRO store upon fulfilling above terms and conditions.

3 - Return & Exchange Arrangements and Location:

     - Customer will be able to return or exchange his/her product from any ELECTRO store free of charges only if the product is fulfilling terms and condition available at article # 2

     - Original invoice of purchase must be provided during return or exchange procedures.

4- Return Method:

     - Return or exchange is based upon customer desire & selection.

     - To return a product purchased by credit card, GV or Check, amount will be deposited to customer’s bank account within 14 working days and he/she has to follow-up payment procedures with his/her bank branch.

5 - What Is Not Covered by Policy:

     - Defected or damaged items caused by misuse.

      - Incorrect serial number, original box, color or any different aspect compared to invoice & purchased product.

      - All digital content like flash memories, DVDs, CDs … etc.

      - All software products and programs.

      - Ink Cartridges.

      - All internet data plans bundled with products.

      - All Personal care devices and food & beverage processors.

6 - Privacy Notes:

      - ELECTRO is not responsible for any data loss during return or exchange process.

      - ELECTRO is not responsible for any information or personal data stored on customer’s device.

      - It is customer responsibility to transfer any personal data, settings or setup to the new device if needed.

7 - Other Terms & Conditions:

     - Customer has the right to receive purchased items within a maximum period of one month from purchase date.

     - In case of postponement of product receipt based on customer request, customer has the right to request storage service of purchased items with 10 % of the total value of the stored products as fees for each month in electro warehouses.   

     - In case of postponement of product receipt by the client, the company has the right to add 10% of the total value of stored products for each month of delay in receipt & service fees are paid in cash.

     - If the product is returned due to defective product, manufacturer's defect or damage due to delivery of the product or due to incorrect / wrong product delivery, no additional shipping or bank transfer charges (SAR 25) will be charged.
